Thankful I went out to meet friend & she made it too. That I got there in good time, & found a good parking spot. That it was a nice day for sitting outside, also glad we found the cafe shop rather than meeting at the tea rooms.
That the drive there reminded me how far I've come, unconcerned about getting lost, or being late really. Starting to get to know my way around.
That I change the post time & date so if I remember I can keep up a daily habit.
Had a reasonably healthy lunch & resisted dessert, esp since no-one else was having any.
No side effects from the new medication.
That I know plenty of places to go now, & I friend I was thinking of got in touch.
