Got my prescription easily, & it was dry when I walked round
Bought my new favourite cake
Enjoyed playing a game I thought I'd gone off - even considering it for games night
Solotober means I'll meet target for another challenge I'm been thinking about
Did some digital decluttering and feel better for it 

Rediscovered my furry cape, great for sitting around in

Calm

Felt better after going back to sleep

Husband popped out of his meeting to deal with the plumber
The new kitchen tap is great

My payments went through ok, & new pendants are in progress
All is well

Happy

Husband has agreed to making the ice-cream for me
We cancelled going out - relieved, & friend didn't seem disappointed

Did really well in one of the games I'm playing
Had an easy work day, and got left alone
Thankful for the job, and for the life we have

Calm

Boss cancelled our meetings, happy to stay home
Remembered to take the cardboard and glass, and the recycling was open when I went
The cardboard fit through the hole
Got my executions finished with no issues
Games night was fun, in a calm quiet way

Seem to be sleeping better
Pleased with myself for figuring something out
Made a decision
Tier was a laugh, am thankful I have good team mates
The bin finally got emptied
Made it to ball class and had a good catch-up with friend
Friend told me about a book to look into & I got ordered with free delivery

Remembered I'd forgotten my tablets
My other protocol was free of mistakes
Got the projects set up ready
Made it to counselling ok, was easy to find
Enjoyed the walk along the river and the flower boxes
