Calm

Stopping at the nearest gardens was a good shout
It was mostly dry while we were there
Remembered the back door was unlocked in time to come back and resolve it
Which meant mum got to collect her coat
Dinner was good
Had a nice walk to the shop with my mum
Am more patient with her

Hobbies

Found a good book to read this morning
Played a couple of games with my parents
Husband made more ice-cream
Being calmer / more understanding with my mum
Found a tv show they'll watch with me
Logged on and everything was under control workwise

Cooler

Glad we left early - so we weren't late from the roadworks
Dad caught the train ok, & got back ok
Mum enjoyed the sensory gardens with me
Chinese for dinner 
Husband's put the aircon on in the computer room so I'm nice and cool
Getting better at remembering my medication
Is going to be cooler and some rain from now

Gaming

Am good on the new tablets 

Was up and intercepted my parents before they did anything

My dad turned up in the supermarket as I predicted

Husband is fab - hangibg the washing and keeping in top of the dishes

Got some gaming in

Ice-cream

Found myself a work side quest to get on with
Team meeting was fun
Parents arrived ok

Made dinner for us all at the same time
House was cooler than I expected
Intercepted the washing before husband could put the dryer on

Husband made more ice-cream for us
They had sorbet so I could eat my special dessert without sharing

Happy

Got out of a meeting I didn't want to attend
Met friend and had a good chat
Boss likes my latest idea
It's cool inside the house
The doc said I seemed happy and let me stay on the low dose
Remembered to return the library books and get cash

Basic shopping acquired for my parents

Relaxing

Remembered to phone my parents for Father's day
They're looking forward to visiting
Finished a book I've been on with for ages
Beat a game I've been stuck on for ages 
Enjoyed gaming with husband
It's still relatively cool here
