Got onto the motorway / A1 fine, inc. from a layby

Remembered all the important stuff

Have some plans made for next week 

Apiary was a hit, and we'll play viticulture next time

My dad's found someone to frame the cross stitch 

The car did a decent amount on electric

Mobile

Slept longer

Enjoyed breakfast out

Woods to ourselves,  good for exploring

Managed all the walking

Chose well at dinner

Phone survived the walk home in the rain

Got my favourite hot chocolate

Entertainment

Bacon butty was yummy

We had a couple of nice walks

Glad I brought the sunhat and sunglasses 

Finished the audiobook - enjoyed it

Good game of apiary and may play again tomorrow

Husband said the night out was a good laugh

Travel

Arrived safely

Survived taking a different route

Maps was in live mode

Fuel went further than I expected

Arrived just as host did - perfect timing

Mum loves the rosemary nuts

Had a nice walk and good catch up

Husband sent me a sweet emoji 🥰

Ferry

Everything fit in the car fine - I could have brought more

Made good time to the port

Stopped at the port services - they're handy

Got a lovely view out the ferry lounge

Mum likes the teabags

She likes the cross stitch too so i'll get it framed as a gift for her

My mum got me a card

Ready

Friend got in touch just in time for me to pack the games she suggested
Took husband shopping and got snacks, and a bonus favourite dessert
Met the new neighbours, potential 
We got the show we were watching finished
All the work is handed over
Hopefully the road works will be finished by the time I get back

Preparations

Enjoyed a trip to the woods at lunch, and found pink bluebells
Hot chocolate
Workwise everything is under control
Have packed crystals now
Remembered to empty the bins
