Ready

Friend got in touch just in time for me to pack the games she suggested
Took husband shopping and got snacks, and a bonus favourite dessert
Met the new neighbours, potential 
We got the show we were watching finished
All the work is handed over
Hopefully the road works will be finished by the time I get back

Preparations

Enjoyed a trip to the woods at lunch, and found pink bluebells
Hot chocolate
Workwise everything is under control
Have packed crystals now
Remembered to empty the bins

Chats

Met an old contact and we had a good catch up
Bonus cuppa and chat with a friend
Husband keeps a stash of biscuits so there was something for me to take
Found the book I wanted for the blood donor session
The woods were lovely with the bluebells and primroses
Making plans for my weekend

Got a great and easy parking space at the session

Exercise

Thankful that I'm mobile and flexible
Got the front lawns mowed in the dry weather
Got plenty of different teabags for my mum
My brother wants the figures, and is offering to pay postage
Got all the errands done this morning
Going for a walk with a quiet friend in the morning

Social

Caught up with the others for break
Lunch break was fun

Pleasant chat with boss
Another break with office mates
Some ideas for things to do next week
Plans tonight were cancelled :)
Had a gaming session with husband instead

Restful

I got into a local blood donor session this weekend

Being able to take it easy while I'm struggling to focus
The grapes are lovely
Wasn't needed at site
The traffic had cleared off when I got to it

Husband enjoyed his day

I had enough fuel to get us there and back
Husband won, & seemed to enjoy the game
The sun was out for my lunchtime walk
Got the prescriptions ok
They had the pop I wanted, successful trip all round
