- I joined the running club. I am enjoying getting out, getting the chat & the exercise.
- They also run circuit training that I'm enjoying, have been enough times to be starting to get to know people. I've finally found a viable replacement for bootcamp.
- I'm improving at both the running & the circuits.
I had food poisoning a while back. It made me realise how lucky I am (& how thankful) that most of the time I am healthy & functioning.
- I've been eating more fruit, & enjoying it.
