Thankful to have a half day so I could stay in bed this morning. That choosing to do the computer stuff over the team meeting was the right choice (as confirmed by the boss) & that he was available after & rang me. That my boss is sound, & understanding, & reiterated that I can disappear whenever I want, just let him know. He also told me to take it easy & just do what I can.
That I managed to get the urgent thing finished & even had a joke with someone.
That husband took me for a walk & it stayed dry while we were out.
That I made it to Pilates and my shoulder was fine.
That the conference call was straight forward & being able to pass control is a neat feature that made things much easier.
