Naps are good

Got up early cos I couldn't sleep (rather than just lying in bed) & did some yoga, also posted on my step accountability.
Got to work early & started on my targets from yesterday.  Had a couple of idea about how to measure the last target.
Had a good chat with lifeboat guy on the way up to the briefing.  The briefing was better than the previous one, & they seemed to've taken suggestions on board.
Came home from work & had a nap, then got to pilates in time for a good spot for both me & mate.

Finished the film, & nearly got these finished in time for curfew ;-)
