Was a sunny day, & I got to wander. Had a chat with a friend & ran into the boss (which I was hoping to do). Found my final document & it got progressed today. A couple of successful meetings, & a few things to think about. Plenty of progress made, & more underway. Also got to be really engrossed in my work, twice my fitbit inactivity alert buzzed. I tend to think i'll deal with it in a minute, & then suddenly it was an hour later. Dancing meant I got my 10k steps so all is well. I have the opportunity to wander when I need to, it's ok to get engrossed too ;-)
The talk at lunchtime was interesting, & I got a good seat near the front. It was well attended & there was plenty of discussion. I'm glad I suggested it.
