had a lovely time chatting with mate over coffee,
husband saved me some chicken
got myself out of a rage
had a lovely relaxing massage, & great chat - remembered my enthusiasm
was throwing ball back over fence & neighbour saw it & came out with treats for the bunnies
remembered to put things in my work bag that I need for tomorrow
