Thankful to have my energy back. To be up and active.
That I got my Reiki symbol finished & am really happy with it. Glad I put the hearts in.
I remembered to get birthday cards for a couple of friends. That I have the first symbol ready to send to one of them.
That I got parked at the woods & there were fewer people there than I expected. That I was sensible & just did the first loop, & enjoyed sitting enjoying the quiet.
That yesterday I noticed the cheap shop was open so today I went back & had a mooch, & after the woods I was inspired to go to a different shop & they had what I wanted for my craft projects. & that I made it home by the time I told husband I'd be back for dinner, that he cooks for me.
