Taking it easy

Glad I organised the meetup yesterday, & that the others came - it was a good laugh.  Also that I was calming, reassuring, & patient, & managed not to panic & leave the room but rather to calmly tell the other I was off for a cuppa.

Glad too that we went to the sensory gardens café & I managed to find something I liked.

Survived the work day, & got myself to the chemist for a walk without getting too wet.

Renewed my car tax & registered for blood donation.

The managers like my process and one complimented me on the instructions.
