That friends came round and we had a good chat / they love the house. We all enjoyed the game and it was a fun afternoon. Also glad husband joined us. He put the brownie in the microwave for me which made it so much better.
Friend brought husband's favourite cake in the selection and it was better than the previous one he had. Also found out that the better cake stall wasn't there anyway so am glad I hadn't gone down early specially.
For having a laugh with another friend and her backing me up about someone else's questionable behaviour. Husband also sucked in his breath at it.
Glad it's not just me finding it weird.
He's put more shelves up, looks like we're finally unpacking the stuff in the bay window so we can out the curtains up.
Am enjoying the library book and there are plenty of copies so I don't feel bad if I end up renewing this one.
Remembered to also husband about asking friends out for his birthday & asking them if they'd like to join us. They were thrilled to be asked.
That the holistic fair was on today in a town I would have gone to with more notice. Used it to prompt me to look at the other events and am going to organise a sisterhood meetup for one in a other town I fancy going to.
Glad to be making friends and having people to socialise with. For meetup and activities.
