I was awake early & convinced myself to go to parkrun.
Am glad I went, got up early & made the effort. Am also glad I have decided running's not for me.
Hurting my knee has given me a focus for my reiki.
I bought some lovely crystals today. Had fun with a friend, very informative, & very glad of the lift. Researching the crystals was interesting too. & I only spent a little, restraint & control ;-)
The bunnies are well & happy & eating in front on me. Husband made lovely dinner, & I came home in good time from my dino hunt.
Had a good dino hunt - went a new way.
