• the cook gave me the extra crispy bit of bacon.
• my day improved after that
• Lunch was a good laugh.
• I got a document signed & a step further along the chain
• I finished a piece of work
• I had reason to go for a walk in the sunshine
• had a decent chat with a few people I don't usually get to chat to
• remembered to order a special card for an event next month
