Had a laugh with workmates, & discussed my ideas with my boss - he's happy for me to go ahead with them, & keep taking whatever time I need for recovery.
That I got the chance to ask if he extends my contract if he can drop it to 4 days.
Husband remembered my apple pie when he ordered his dinner, & it was yummy.
That my thumb piano arrived just as we sat down to eat so we heard the door, & I perked myself up enough for the mentoring session playing it. That it has a lovely sound, & is fun to play.
That my mentee turned up & that she enjoyed the session & perked up during it.
