Thankful that I had an easy day at work, that I got a boring task finished, & had a good idea that the boss likes.
I finished work in time for Pilates, & it was a good session.
That I remembered to pay for tomorrow's therapy session, & remembered to put my name in it this time.
That it's been a lovely day, & husband came for a walk at lunch.
That I am in a good mood these days, & can still do my job. That I am world better than I was when I was off sick.
