Settled

Managed to finish the document review for the boss.  It was a chore but it's over now and kept me out of trouble.

Husband came for a walk at lunch and the weather was nice.

Dinner arrived in time for me to have some before heading out.

Asked for less pressure this time and that was a good idea.  She worked out some knots but was gentler.

Got parked easily and arrived in nice time.

More hot chocolate when I got home and played card game with husband.  He's been especially chatty lately.

Friend rang, was nice to chat with her and she seems to be doing better.  

A lie in tomorrow and a good chance to pop into hotel chocolat if I want, might be a better option than the beach.
