& that I am still making baby steps.
For husband pointing out that my energy levels & mood seem more stable these days, & they are.
That he cooks for me, & looks after me,
That he filled my advent tree for me, & is full of sweet gestures.
& showed me how to use the water flosser & got me my own tips for it. That the airer with tub lid makes a handy height table for it, & the socket is handy.
That it doesn't matter I won't get the scarf finished tomorrow, & I have plenty of interesting wool to look forward to.
That there's no deadline for the crystal homework, & I feel better for having started it.
That we got registered with a dentist & managed to get check-ups.
