painkillers are easily come by, & quick acting
it's not so sore now, I can still do most of what I need / want to do
husband massaged my shoulder again, even though he dislikes doing it
husband came to the shop with me
we got up early & got to the tip before it was busy
husband played heroes with me
I can do the diamond dotz with my left hand & it's fun (a new hobby for when my right shoulder's too sore)
I finally got the boxes into the loft
plenty to keep me entertained
