I got up & pottered around ready for the walk - made it on time
My shoulder's feeling better, enjoyed the walk & the weather was mostly ok.
we saw seals out basking
A new route avoiding the road,
Gonna get 20k steps on my Garmin, a new badge ;-)
Husband is doing steak for tea 😍😍
