I got to the course in time, & it was worth going. I was well enough for the day, got to the train home on time, got my seat, & didn't need to leave it (thankfully didn't need the loo, there were too many people in the aisle to make that feasible). Came home to husband, sweet messages on the train.
Thankful I'd booked today off, slept loads, recovered. Sorted out a couple of things I was supposed to do for friends. Was just up & dressed when husband suggested lunch. Got him to my favourite woodland café near here, & we had a little walk in the woods. Survived the traffic as we went to the supermarket & he's reminded why I refuse to go near rush hour or the end of school, or Friday afternoons now ;-)
& now the evening is mine, I have one more chore, finally remembered to put some washing on, & have a new hobby to try out. Step counts are irrelevant for the day.
