Walk

Thankful I managed to leave on time, & remembered to fill the screenwash.  That we arrived in good time & the others weren't too late.

That we kept a slower pace & it was a quieter (less chatty) walk but the others still enjoyed it.  

Proud of myself for boundary, saying no.

That I have the tiger worked out so I found out where I am in the pattern & managed to get on with it today.  Finished the audiobook, enjoyed it, & have found more I'm interested in.

Husband came to the supermarket with me to get something for tea, & he'd've gone without me.
Rearranged friend's grid, & prefer it like that.

Other friend & her friend confirmed & paid for the workshop, looking forward to it.
