Thankful for having the energy to log on and work this morning, & for easy tasks & no demands on my time.
That I have the freedom to let the boss know I'm disappearing & log off, & no other tasks appeared during the day.
That I managed the driving, & was home when both my parcels arrived. The selenite arrived safely & is gorgeous, & that I got to spend the afternoon lying down.
That I've updated a payment, in a low pressure situation & all is well.
Managed to finish off & package a couple of parcels for friends. Feel better having taken that step & also with the decision of who they're going to. Pleased with myself for the baby steps I've taken today, & for knowing my limits.
