Better

Managed most of the afternoon at work yesterday, glad my boss is sound.  That I got the calculations fixed, proud of myself.  That I know my limits & am good with my boundaries at work.

I found the invitation!  Pleased that I have the idea & that I'm confident I can execute it & have plenty of time to do so.  & that I didn't have much tidying up to do to find it.

For no traffic & I got to the walk on time, & enjoyed it, & managed it all. Glad I have my energy back, & that I had the sense to take it easy the rest of the day to recover.  For a couple of realisations I've had over the past couple of days.
