Glad I'm doing better these days. Calmer in general.
Friend appreciates me doing the daily draws again & helped me interpret my cards.
Another friend dowsed for the house for us & it's a good choice.
Resisting chocolate (mostly) & I'm under 10 stone again.
That counselling was interesting & I can see progress.
I got to the woods & enjoyed the quiet, & stopped for fuel & there was nothing coming as I pulled out. Loads of easy turnings today with no traffic.
Am enjoying the cross stitch & am still right with the pattern.
