Recovery

Thankful I had the sense to get to the woods and there were still parking spaces.  That it was dry for my walk, and I remembered fuel on the way home.

That husband filled my advent tree for me 🥰 that he is sweet and attentive.

That we set up the new game and enjoyed playing.  Will get hours out of it. 

For the workshop and the access I have, for being able to join in online activities.   For my network and the cool things I get to experience.  

That I resisted extra chocolate and the scales are moving in the right direction. 

That I am recovering, slept better and longer last night, got up later and for less time.  Had a decent lie in too.
