Thankful for a great day yesterday & being in a good mood. That it was dry for the walk & we had time to visit the sofa shop. That friend turned up to the workshop.
That I took myself off to the woods, & it was dry & the drinks van was there & I treated myself. That I had a pleasant walk & it was empty so I got my backwards walking in. That I'm in a good mood again. I made a good observation that the boss was impressed with, & I managed to get some work done. Finished in time for Pilates & dinner arrived at a good time. Feeling more positive about the cross stitch now I've regridded it & have made a nice bit of progress on it.
