I heard my phone when it fell so I was able to pick it up & put it in my pocket rather than leave it / lose it.

I am pleased with myself that I resisted husband's cake, & that he got me grapes.

That I have a Father's day card, & found colouring books

That I resisted the cross stitch magazine, because the free kit wasn't very good

That I remembered Pilates, & enjoyed it.

That it was dry & I got the towels hung out
