Thankful husband did weights with me, & in the morning is much better. & that walking on my own meant I took the opportunity to go somewhere more interesting, & I loved being out in the trees. & it was warm & dry, & the air was still. & I didn't meet very many people.
That he cooked me dinner, & I got a few things decluttered.
