Friends

Thankful to be able to get up and moving.  And that we weren't much late.

The pancakes and bacon were good with a generous syrup portion.  Maybe a new favourite cafe.  Resisted hot chocolate. 

Glad we went on the tour, he was interesting and loud enough.  The gardens look lovely.  Unhurried pace for the trip out.

That I'm doing better than I was, have enough energy to go out with friends. Was nice catching up.  Have passed on the details on bil's book.

For meetup and ability to meet people.  Next meetup is arranged, just needs posting.  Hopeful that this group will lead to new friends.  Is good to have hope.

Went back to the programming app and am doing OK with that.

Alarm is set for dentist tomorrow and I have emergency xanax left if needed.
