Looking back on it, today was ok.
I have plenty to do, & even things I can prioritise.
I came home & did some housework, & then went to the shop for milk.
I managed to get a couple of things done at work, & people are being reasonably co-operative
Husband took me out for dinner, & didn't even complain when I said I needed to stay late at work, & in the end I didn't need to anyway.
The boss has seen me around helping different people.
I braved texting someone to ask to practice Reiki on them, & actually braved asking someone in person!
