Thankful I got to come home. That I caught my boss alone on the corridor to speak with and he's Cool.
That I got myself outside for a walk and made it to the chemist.
Enjoyed the strawberries.
Husband brought me one of the travel mugs from work.
Remembered to dry his washing, & get the curry out.
Was off form today cos I missed yesterday's tablet so am optimistic about tomorrow.
That the sofa is comfy and I enjoyed lying on it watching a show, without convincing myself that i' ill.
That I managed some things Nik likes to do today and didn't spiral.
