Health

Thankful I had the day off, that I got a dentist appointment & then a cancellation so I got it out the way today.  Is simple & he will do it himself locally.

Enjoyed myself at the woods, no-one in the play area so I was in the nest swing for the first time in ages.

Got to clear my head a little, thankful for my health & physical ability.  An old guy inspired me.

Finally won a game of welcome to, really proud of myself esp since the other players were ranked well above me.

That I have my plans for the weekend sorted, & none of it involves me driving.
