friends who care, taking the time to check up on me
some enjoyable conversations
had a good shopping trip, loads of interesting new sticky notes
mate came round for a cuppa & a laugh
had a productive meeting (pretty much the first one I've chaired & it went ok)
got some housework done
remembered to go to the shop for milk before my mate arrived
