Thankful that I got up in time for the vets appointment.
That some plans didn't work out & that others did.
For the calm quiet company of a friend, & no need to talk.
Thankful for some mindful meditation creativity.
That I got home before husband, that he hugged me tight.
& went for chips, & milk, & made me hot chocolate.
For being able to use friend's machine.
That sticking behind a few cars meant I didn't speed.
