Thankful for getting up early, energised & excited. For getting myself to Parkrun, & for it being dry, & for them being friendly. That one of the people I used to socialise with at training came & said hi & we had a little catch up.
That I am still cracking on with the packing, getting through the books. Have a few more things packed up for charity. Drinks in town were good, & we were on time.
That I have time to sort myself out for the course tomorrow. That I had the sense to have yesterday as a maintenance day & am better for it today. That I remembered to get cash.
That my jeans dyed, & I've just remembered to put the wash cycle on.
