Thankful for the others who were in, & that we had the usual fun team meeting & walk at lunch.

That I enjoyed lunch, & had a hot chocolate to warm me up for the meeting.

That I got a chunk of work cleared today, & remembered my contacts form.

That husband finds interesting shows for us to watch.

That I had a satisfying conversation at volunteering, & found a useful resource that I signed up for.

That I have the freedom to go to work if I want to.

That I remembered to ask for neighbour's number to give to my dad.

That he's going to collect my stuff for me, & is helpful.

That both my parents are ok.

For meetup & being able to socialise and meet people.
