Glad friends turned up for the walk, that it was sunny & we had a pleasant time. That I resisted hot chocolate & had tea instead, & skipped the sugar.
That I got my 10k steps for the day
That I'm feeling better (less weary) & think I'll be ok for tomorrow, & realised I don't need to be onsite anyway - I can do it all remotely.
For husband making nice food, & saving me some of the ice-cream (that I also resisted). & for buying the chocolate I like.
That my blanket is cosy & fits well
That I remembered to hang the washing & husband helped me make the bed.
That I am warm & safe & have a house & a job, & that husband will keep me if I was without a job.
