Thankful for being able to lie on the sofa & watch film with husband, that he made me hot chocolate for breakfast & looks after me.

That I remembered to phone for & collect my prescription.

That I got the second book shelf assembled 

That I've started on the Reiki symbol again and am enjoying it more now.

That I managed to sit at the laptop & go through some work emails & get the early morning task out of the way.
