That we got to sit out in the sunshine & at one the bigger tables so the food part of lunch was fun too. That the walk meant I got my 10k steps, & the weather was pleasant for it.
That I stopped when I had a headache & workmate joined me for a drink in the kitchen, & I had emergency chocolate.
That we were on the call together & the boss was messaging casually so we were sharing the pain.
That I got done what I needed to today, & my first volunteering shift went ok.
That a friend I haven't heard from in ages got in touch.
