Beach

I am thankful for my health, & that of my family & friends.
That I live near enough the beach to walk, & that I had a pleasant half hour reading a book there.
That the walk was good, it was sunny & warm.
That I got sun lotion the other day, & that I have small portable books.
That I was home in time for lunch.
That I feel good :)
