Thankful the NHS & free healthcare, that I made it in time to my appointment.
That we had a nice chat & she understood. It helped me put a few things into context. & that I was energised by the walk & the chat. Thankful too for husband & my friends & all the support I have.
That it was sunny & dry for my meander back.
