thankful I got the chores done, & that I got to friend's house & met them all ok,
that I was on time for husband, & he treated me to tea, that I've managed to swallow my capsules ok, & the bunny likes the spring greens, & there is chocolate in the cupboard.
That I've remembered to do an allergy test & have the option to dye my hair on Sunday ready for work, that I got to speak to a couple of workmates today,
