Thankful to get out for a walk with husband, & then to the woods. That it was dry for the walks, & I had the sense to turn the car around in the bad rain. That the road was only flooded a little - fine to drive through.
That we got the cheesecake & curry leftovers finished, & husband surprised me with an apple pie because he knows I like them.
That it was dry when I picked him up & I got there just as the bus pulled off. That he had a good weekend away.
That I exchanged some messages with a friend who I rarely catch up with.
Am making nice progress on a present for a friend, am pleased I kept the pattern & had a handy sized piece of aida.
We've got sleeves ordered for the new game, before the cards get too damaged.
