The course was more enjoyable today, didn't get sucked into negativity.
Plus during the meditation I discovered joy, (well partly that was yesterday with a friend).
A friend also helped me with a decision I've been dithering over, her usual encouragement / positivity.
Have been chatting with friends tonight, & booked tomorrow morning off, thankful I have the freedom to do that.
Had an enjoyable weekend.
