I had a good day. I came out of 2 bad moods. Lunch was a good laugh. I got my steps in. I remembered to take what I needed to my mate's. I got a couple of walks in with a friend. Friend was doing better than last week. Had a good laugh with her. My document is probably ready to be signed off. Husband got milk unprompted & made me hot chocolate.
I have a job I mostly enjoy, with workmates I like talking to & company for lunch. I have a safe warm house, food, water, entertainment, husband, friends, opportunity. I love my life. I am blessed indeed,
