Support

Thankful for counselling - that we had a good conversation and uncovered some truths.  That friend invited me round and fed me, & I got to the woods.   That we got word about the house and the move is imminent.

That friend invited me to the woods and drove and it stayed dry while we were there.  That we had a pleasant time in the cafe.  I got my 10k steps, and resisted take away when husband ordered.  Have lost a bit of weight and am happy with that.

That I decided to come off the tablets and still have others to see me through and I had the sense to do both things.  That I'm enjoying my cross stitch project and audiobooks.  Glad I have calming absorbing hobbies and also that I'm for and active.  Had a nice chat with husband on the drive.  Very grateful he is so calm and supportive.  And fir my boss being supportive too and making it easy for me to be off when I'm not OK.

Confidence

Am thankful I have the confidence to speak up. And that I am sure myself and know my stuff.  That answers and ideas come readily when I need them.  That I have shown myself to be competent many times and that is the impression people have of me.

Also that I have the confidence to try new things, and to be able to fail at things.  That I am happy being bad at things - decoupling enjoyment from ability.

That friend still does the online pilates so I can attend and I made today's earlier session and enjoyed it.  That I still have reasonable flexibility and movement - that I am physically able.

For it being dry when I went to collect husband's prescription and the few steps took me over my arbitrary minimum.  That I wasn't needed in work today which helped get me to Pilates.  That I have enough space in the house to roll out a mat and take part in the class.

For being able to see and listen - able to enjoy my hobbies of crafts and audiobooks.   Thankful for having access to audiobook collections.

House

Thankful to be inside, warm and dry and safe.  To have the house and food and clothes and entertainment.   For our jobs and easy commute, & a reliable car.

That we have the canteen at work and a reasonable selection of lunch.

That I figured out how to fix the engineer's issue and got the system working again

For the friends and contacts I've made, & the experiences I've got access to.

For being online and able to chat with non-local friends, & to be able to take part in online zoom meetings.

Friends

Thankful for being awake early and it being light enough to read in bed.  For library books and being able to read and having access to plenty of books.

For the coffee van at the woods and that I enjoyed my drink at the start (& didn't feel the need for a second).  That it was a good social walk and I enjoyed it.  That it was mostly dry (& mostly quiet).  That people are happy to pay the membership and i'm back to seeing the group as a good thing.  I also put a bonus walk on for next week.

That I mentioned the Christmas Market to a friend & she's coming with me - we'll have a nice day out.

That husband played our new game and it's fun and reasonably easy to figure out.  That we have the table and chairs and enough space for gaming and out hobbies.  We were lucky and have a good house, & the agency have been easy to deal with.

The oven is really good and I resisted getting unhealthy take away and had fruit and veg for dinner. Husband shared ice-cream with me and gave me the last chocolate.

That I'm enjoying the cross stitch and have made loads of progress.  Glad to have solitary hobbies and flow activities, & enjoying my alone time.  Glad husband is low maintenance and that we have a good life.

Friends

Thankful I got to Pilates yesterday & caught up with friend.  That I got to swap messages with her today too.  That I was inspired to create a grid for her that she loves, & talk to another friend about crystals.

That husband got his samosas & I remembered to buy the infuser - the teapots were nice but unnecessary & she had a reasonable separate infuser.  Also got a nice present for a friend who was pleased with it.

That it was sunny & I got to take advantage & go to the woods, & the play area was empty so I got plenty of time on the swings.

That friend didn't have to work afterall, & took me out to the gardens, we had a nice chat & stroll, & someone gave her free parking.

Got my refund from Amazon & have resisted spending it.

That I saw the game we wanted cheap locally & it arrived ok.  That I'm able to take time off work as needed.

Thankful for the people I've met on my journey & the friends I've made.  For having access to the library & ebooks & apps & all the conveniences I have.  That the woods are close by & we have lovely countryside & gardens within easy travel.

Day out

Thankful counselling was good, that husband let me have the PC room so I was warm and comfortable.

That the weather cleared for the drive.  Got into the car park and found a space.  Parking costs are reasonable.

Enjoyed sitting in the cafe, & got the table next to the radiator which was on.  Left alone to read and message friends.

Found a crystal shop and a lovely crystal.  Was restrained and only bought one.  Husband's next appointment is also a Wed afternoon and I'll take him and buy myself some jewellery for Christmas.

The town looked nice and is easy to get to.  Also feasible to meet a friend there.

Have enough thread for the grass even though I've been doing it wrong.  Phew.

Taking it easy

Thankful no-one came to me with issues.  That the basic trouble shooting I did was enough.

Workmate took care of the urgent task from Friday.

I finally got into the document system and routed what I needed - that there's nothing urgent.

That things are progressing with the house & we signed the paperwork.   I know my limit for transferring money & have time to get to the bank tomorrow if needed.  That we got there just on time and I remembered to take our marriage cert.

I'm doing OK on the prozac, the side effects I was worried about on the weekend didn't appear.
