Treats

Wake up & had a lazy morning in bed, reheated naan and some curry and headed off.

Glad to arrive on time just before Amy, & that it wasn't busy. 

Also that I didn't have to choose food cos I had breakfast late - too many bad choices and no good ones.  The hot chocolate was really nice, I had a second.

Managed to be inside for the rain.   Plenty of ideas for things to do. 

Got my curly hazel a friend and have a plan for trellis and clematis- so now to look up those varieties to see which aren't vigorous.

Managed a little more story.

Husband had the shed built when I got back, & the new dress arrived and fits, & the new cards are lovely too.

So many plants I liked  Glad I was restrained but I shall be going back soon.  Impressed it was empty when we arrived and also there was no queue of the til. 

How lucky I am  with Jay, and no pressure to earn, or behave in a certain way, few expectations. That we are stable as a couple and with the house, our house  & that I'm free to dug holes in the garden to put plants in...

That there are plenty of flower / garden shops so no rush to buy.  Had a good day, then a snuggle on the sofa with husband.  Glad of bank holiday tomorrow.

That I have a car and can drive and afford to fuel and maintain car.

For the freedom and flexibility car travel provides.

Space at the pump when I called in & pulling out was easy.

We enjoyed the curry and had a pleasant trip out with friends.  

For the massage and a therapist I'm happy with.  

Found a reasonable dress and it fits

For the course and ability to study 

Pleased with myself for diplomatic wording.

For someone else making the effort to arrange a meet and it's reasonably local.

Got crystals perfect size for grids.

For being able to treat myself.

Thankful we own our house, for being securely housed, & for having people we could stay with if needed.

For friends to stay with when I visit the UK, and those who make the effort to see me while I'm there. 

That husband ordered the new shed and it fit into the car.

For how calm he takes care of things

I got the hedge trimmed while it was dry. 

Saw a beautiful rainbow and still feel the magic.

Also finally got the new car mats trimmed and installed and had the foresight to clear out the back of the car before giving friends a lift tomorrow.

That I have friends here and online and in the UK, people I can turn too, & husband is a superstar too.

Thankful he got his wish of mostly legs in the chicken order.

That we went got out for a couple of walks again today

I managed 100 star jumps in the kitchen when I was feeling energised this morning.

Seem to have slept well 

Thankful i am calm and happy.

Tha i had tine for a lie in and a reiki session this morning.

That husband came for a couple of walks

That we trialled a few returns and the recycling point accepted his bottles ok, so now we can take the rest 

That my boss is fine with me taking time out as needed, 

Happy to be able to take husband to the shop when he decided he wanted eggs

That tesco came before the start of class so I helped put the shopping away

Workmate called me to cheer me up

Had a lovely catch-up with a friend, & made it back in time to speak with the boss

Got the thing done that he wanted

Sorted out new mouse mats - back to my proactive self 

Figured out a solution to something else that was wrong and am pleased with myself.

College is back to my comfort zone (statistics)

A show we got partway through years ago is on  Netflix and I think I found where we got up to

Got a blood donor's appointment booked locally

Thankful we got out for a quick walk at lunch in between showers

That I got to work in time for the meeting 

Was fun chatting with colleague and she got to extend the room booking

For not being threatened by colleague hoarding the work - am preparing to walk away

College was interesting amd within my comfort zone 

Counselling was interesting, thought provoking 

She says I'm insightful and if I think something then there'll be a reason for it

Thankful to remember the work task I was supposed to do

That I can take it easy as needed

There are freelance opportunities that might be feasible

I get paid before my credit bill direct debit happens 

That we have plenty

Interesting conversations with husband

He takes care of the food.

Expansion arrived and so it makes it easy to decide what game to play next

Am happy
