Crystals

Thankful to speak to the boss.  Calming and reassuring as ever.   He's happy with my work & my instructuons are really clear. 

Monday's the bank holiday so I have a day off work.  

And I can take half days next week.

Husband says I'm making reasonable progress.  And my rate will hopefully increase I have been seeing friends and working full days this week.  I can get bread and eat in the house this week.

I found some proof of address and cam forward it to the estate agent. 

Got some fab crystals.  Got crystals with the Reiki symbols on.  The ones that didn't make it home are still safely in the shop waitimg for me. 

Managed to get a few things shifted via Facebook group.   Sofa went to a good home. 

Timings

Thankful I thought to move the seat and take it to friend.   That her car was in the garage so I got to back up onto her drive.  That i fit the seat in my car, & that the bungee corda worked for the boot.  That once the message was acknowledged it didn't beep again.  That I arrived in good time to give her a lift, and that she helped with the garden.  That I got a good bit of the path cleared and the ikea bags were handy, & a good size for putting the weeds in.

That Reiki guy got to call in & will update my certificate.   That I realised about the name change and husband has emailed me scans of the documents I think I'll need.

That friend gave me some lovely presents.  And i've had the sense to have a restful evening so i'm good for tomorrow.

That I chose well at lunch.

Friends

Thankful knocked water over toilet roll and not over the sockets.

That I postponed the valuation and we had time to relax over lunch.  That the valuations came in higher than I was hoping. .

That I cancelled the rest & have freed up rhe time to enjoy with friends. 

That someone is taking the bed, & is listing the sofa for me.  

That I've found a local conpany that does skip hire and that seems like a good option

Progress

Thankful to arrive here ok, & to see friends, & to get fed.  That we got the gate lock off and the bin is out.  That we've made loads of progress.  & we had a laugh at the beach, & got ice-cream, & I picked well.

Husband's been quick responding to my messages.   I've been on the ball at work and logged on for the urgent thing.

  

Escape

Thankful to be leaving, that I still have my house and friends to escape to.

That friend who is currently nearer here than Blyth will still be here when I come back through and we can meet up.  And that's more convenient for me. 

How far I have come in terms of breaking the habits and patterns I see in my parent's relationship, & my mum's / Granddad's anxiety. 

That I have a supportive, tolerant boss and have the freedom to take half days and flexible working.   That today's half day enabled me to actually switch off and sit and listen to my mum. 

That my dad went and got the fish.  That we served his before it burnt. 

That husband sorted out my unlimited internet add-on which will enable me to work from our house.  That arriving tomorrow lunchtime ish gives me plenty of time to get shopping and get settled in, and start packing, before I start meetig friends starting Sunday.

Glad my mum is calmer and more rational, and I can tell from our conversations that she is actually getting confused.  Even in space of a few days

  

Calmer

Thankful husband got into my3 & sorted out the data add-on. 

That it was cooler today & we had a pleasant chat walking the dog.  That the stoic book was available and I got to do that first exercise with her.  That she's starting to pre-empt my "that's bit your concern" and seems calmer now.

That I figured out how to get back into hrr unread messages.  That she's annotated the notes with additional info so there's chance they are good enough for her to follow.

That I remembered grats.

That I have plans with friends and am ready to leave here.  That I can come back again, & can travel during the week so don't need to spend a full week here. 

Packing

Thankful that the projects were locked so I could run the filters, (much easier on dual screen), & that I have the instrument logs ready to go too.  That the unlocked project prevented me from dropping the review on the lab while they're off (I'd forgotten about the one day timescale).  That it gave me something useful to do for the workday, & that I got in done in just 

That husband found me a small keyboard so I have that packed, & I remembered to take the empty boxes too.  That I went out for fuel before it got too hot, & the garage was quiet.

That I got through to the insurance & got my details updated, & that I asked about the recovery & have since sorted out AA cover.

That my mum answered, glad I'm going over to see her to spend some time with her & see how she really is.  That I can travel back over to see her.  That we live in relative safety & freedom

That husband did the bunny this morning without being prompted, & all seems well.
