Happy & sleepy

The crystal I wanted has been put aside for me, hopefully get there tomorrow to buy it.  There're another couple  I liked, I might get them.
Husband had dinner ready for me getting in late.  Staying late at work means I won't feel the need to go in over the weekend.  Managed to show what I need to show.  Boss came in & saw me there well after time.
A few people  responded to requests for help.  Husband brought me bacon, & gave me the advice I needed.  Fixed a problem for me.
My Bluetooth headphones work!  Nice :-)
Found someone at work who likes board game & is happy to play with us.
Played with the spirograph again.  Happy with my picture, glad I have toys around to play with.

Glad

The IT guy came straight down when I asked him if he could help, & we had fun even though we didn't solve the problem.
Solved a problem for someone, managed to pass on some advice without getting stuck in the problem.  Also managed to avoid making something my problem.  As far as I'm concerned it's resolved.  Someone else can fight that battle.
Made some decisions that I can stick by & justify.
Had a fun chat with a contact, & suitably flattered by his response to finding out how old I am ;-)
Someone had a good idea for me :-)  & I got help with moving the heavy stuff.
Found another course in something I'm really interested in.
Am excited about the courses - off I go to study, & I've just remembered to do my washing so I have clean socks for tomorrow.
I was telling one of my work crowd about the crystal talk & she was wondering why I wasn't part of  a holistic healing venture.  Flattered she remembers, & that she thinks I could do it!
& I've started colouring in again, forgot how much I enjoyed it.  Happy for the reminder.

Nice

I braved going to a new place on my own, parked right outside :-)  & it stopped raining for us waiting outside.  I had my big furry coat on so I was warm enough.  Also glad I'd changed into my big boots.
People were friendly & I enjoyed it. & they had a drink I liked.  & I was right in the ID of one of my unknown crystals!  Got a lovely amethyst heart & it was red hot after I got it out my pocket.  Was well restrained & only bought the one thing.

Made some progress today, & learnt something new at work.
Got up late & still made it to work on time.

all's well

I had a lovely conversation with my mentee, the final one of the mentoring relationship.  He was lovely in his feedback, I have a happy glow now ;-)
He appreciated the space to talk & said I listen well.  & he admires me, I've done a variety of things & made it all work for me.  I like the reminder of how far I've come, & that I could be a role model for someone ;-)

I also had a good conversation with my boss.  He trusts me to get on with whatever I think needs done.  I had a good day getting on with stuff.  Husband & I were having a chat & I know what I'm getting on with next.  My trouble shooting is gradually setting boundaries to the problem.

Went out for dinner with husband & his mate.  It was fun catching up.  The weather has been awful, & there was just enough room in the doorway of the restaurant for the 3 of us to hide.  The road was flooded outside when we left but I'd parked far enough up the road to be out of it.

Went to show a colleague how to do something, & managed to help out with a few other things. & I knew what I was doing in front of the boss :-)   I like that department, there's a friendly feel & the banter's entertaining.

Good day

I woke up & found my crystal, it wasn't under husband ;-)
He brought me lovely bacon 😍😍
Initiated a process, & got the paperwork signed, inspired to add to it.  Nice project underway now incorporating that process.  Have some progress to tell the boss tomorrow, something to get excited about.
I have something to get stuck into at work tomorrow - I moved a few things forward.  Baby steps :-)
& I am ok with that.  They're all baby steps.
Husband is making us dinner.  Friend should be here soon.

Sundays

I love Sundays, possibly more than Saturdays.  A properly lazy day.

Tarot club was interesting, I got there in time with no bother, & one of the others was just in the carpark.  The waitress put the heating on for me.  We had good conversation, the cards are merely conversation starts, people like to talk ;-)  The cards were interesting, we are swapping ideas.

A friend lent me a book. They reassured me that my current attitude is justified.  I don't agree but I am glad they took my side :-)

I am glad for the freedom I have.  That husband wears headphones so I can be noisy.  For the time & space to do as I please.  That he spends time with me during the day but generally we get on with our own things.  & whilst it's light I can go for a wander around & get some steps...

The beach

The school thing went well and there is now a group set up to deal with such things at work
I made it to a nearby crystal shop, didn't spend much and came home with lovely crystals.
Called in somewhere else & bought a raffle ticket & had a nice chat with the owner.
Friend has arranged me a place on a course.
The weather is better today, & I made it to the beach.  I love the sounds of the waves.
