Calm, the people around me seem calmer, I am calmer. Everything's always ok in the end. I should skip the bit where I fret. I have that ability, & I know how to use it.

- I like reading, I spent some leisurely hours at the weekend reading. I have plenty enough to keep me entertained
- Shopkeeper found Christmas paper for me so I wrapped niece's present ready.
