I have settled down at work, busy but productive. Am no longer stressed.
Am enjoying boss being back.
Had a good chat with my mentor, & got some plans & direction for the next few weeks - well til the end of September. Am thankful for the reminder of the good I have, the things I enjoy. I have coping mechanisms in place, & I should go to them sooner if I ever get stressed again. I also have friends I enjoy time with.
